Overview

Every workspace in Trackelio gets a public-facing feedback board hosted at:

{slug}.trackelio.com

Replace {slug} with your workspace slug. This board serves as the central hub where your users can browse feedback, vote on ideas, follow your roadmap, read changelogs, and access your knowledge base — all without needing a Trackelio account to view content.

The public board includes the following sections:

  • Feedback list — A browsable list of all published feedback posts. Users can filter and search to find topics they care about.
  • Post detail — Each post has its own page where users can read the full description, see the current status, vote, and leave comments.
  • Roadmap — A Kanban-style board that displays posts grouped by status. Only statuses with the show_on_roadmap flag enabled appear here.
  • Changelog — A reverse-chronological list of published product updates and release notes.
  • Knowledge Base — A collection of published help articles organized for self-service support.

No login is required to view the public board. Anyone with the URL can browse feedback posts, the roadmap, changelog entries, and knowledge base articles.

Users can create an account directly on the public board to unlock interactive features:

  • Voting on feedback posts to signal interest
  • Commenting on posts to share thoughts or additional context
  • Submitting new feedback to suggest ideas, report bugs, or ask questions

When a user signs up through the public board, they are automatically added as a member of the workspace.

If guest submissions are enabled in your workspace settings, users can submit feedback without creating an account. This lowers the barrier for collecting input from users who prefer not to sign up.

A sitemap is automatically generated and available at:

{slug}.trackelio.com/sitemap.xml

This helps search engines discover and index your public board content, improving visibility for your feedback portal, changelog, and knowledge base articles.
