Customization

The public board can be tailored to match your brand and display exactly the content you want your users to see. Branding options are available on the Pro plan, while content visibility controls are available to all workspaces.

Pro workspaces can customize the following visual properties of the public board:

  • Custom logo — Upload your own logo to replace the default Trackelio branding.
  • Accent color — Set a primary color used for buttons, links, and interactive elements.
  • Text color — Control the main text color to ensure readability against your chosen design.
  • Font — Choose a font that matches your brand identity.
  • Border radius — Adjust the corner rounding of cards, buttons, and other UI elements.

These settings are configured from your workspace dashboard and apply immediately to the public board.

  • Free plan — The “Powered by Trackelio” badge is displayed on the public board and cannot be removed.
  • Pro plan — The badge is hidden automatically, giving your board a fully white-labeled appearance.

The public board reflects the real-time state of your workspace data. You control what appears on the board through settings in your dashboard:

The roadmap section displays posts grouped by status in a Kanban layout. Each status in your workspace has a show_on_roadmap flag. Only statuses with this flag enabled will appear as columns on the public roadmap. Toggle this flag from your status configuration to control which stages of your workflow are visible to users.

Only changelog entries with a Published state appear on the public changelog. Entries saved as Draft remain hidden until you publish them. This lets you prepare updates ahead of time and release them when ready.

Similarly, only Published knowledge base articles are visible on the public board. Unpublished articles stay hidden from users, allowing you to work on content without exposing incomplete drafts.

All content on the public board reflects the current state of your workspace. When you update a post status, publish a changelog entry, or add a knowledge base article in the dashboard, the changes are reflected on the public board immediately.
