Roadmap
The roadmap gives your users visibility into what your team is working on. It is presented as a Kanban-style board where each column represents a status, and posts are displayed as cards within those columns.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”The roadmap is generated automatically from your feedback posts and their statuses. There is no separate content to manage — it reflects the current state of your feedback pipeline in real time.
Status columns
Section titled “Status columns”Each status in your workspace has a “show on roadmap” setting. Only statuses with this setting enabled appear as columns on the roadmap. This lets you control exactly which stages are visible to your users. For example, you might show “Planned”, “In Progress”, and “Complete” while hiding internal statuses like “Under Review” or “Closed”.
Drag and drop
Section titled “Drag and drop”From the dashboard, team members can drag posts between columns to change their status. This makes triage and status updates fast and visual — move a card from “Planned” to “In Progress” and the change is saved immediately.
Public roadmap
Section titled “Public roadmap”Every workspace has a public roadmap available at:
{slug}.trackelio.com/roadmapReplace {slug} with your workspace slug. The public roadmap is read-only for visitors — they can browse what is planned and track progress, but only your team can move cards or change statuses.
Why use a public roadmap
Section titled “Why use a public roadmap”A public roadmap helps you:
- Build trust — Users can see that their feedback is being heard and acted on.
- Reduce support requests — When users can check the roadmap, they are less likely to ask “when will this be ready?”
- Set expectations — Clearly communicate what is coming next and what has already shipped.
