Analytics

The analytics dashboard gives you an overview of how feedback is flowing through your workspace and how your users feel about your product. It combines feedback metrics, satisfaction scores, and activity trends into a single view.

  • Total submissions — The total number of feedback posts received across all sources.
  • Open vs. resolved — A breakdown of posts by their current state, so you can see how much of your backlog is unresolved.
  • Submissions over time — A 30-day chart showing the volume of new submissions per day. Use this to spot spikes, trends, or the impact of product launches and announcements.

See where your feedback is coming from with a breakdown by source:

  • Portal — Posts submitted through the public feedback board.
  • Widget — Posts submitted through the embeddable widget.
  • Email — Posts received via email.

Understand the nature of your feedback with a breakdown by type:

  • Feature — Feature requests from users.
  • Bug — Bug reports.
  • Feedback — General feedback that does not fit a specific category.

The dashboard displays the top 10 pages with the most feedback submissions. This helps you identify which parts of your product generate the most user input, whether that means the most friction or the most engagement.

  • Average resolution time — The mean time it takes for a post to move from open to resolved. Track this over time to measure how quickly your team responds to feedback.
  • Submissions per site — If your workspace has multiple sites, see how feedback volume is distributed across them.

The dashboard shows your current NPS score along with a breakdown of:

  • Promoters (9—10)
  • Passives (7—8)
  • Detractors (0—6)

See NPS & CSAT for details on how the score is calculated.

The dashboard shows your CSAT average along with the distribution of scores from 1 to 5. This lets you see not just the average satisfaction level but also how responses are spread across the scale.

Charts and graphs are rendered using layerchart and d3, providing interactive visualizations that make it easy to explore your data. Hover over data points for details, and use the visual layout to quickly identify patterns and outliers.
