Team Management
Trackelio workspaces support multiple team members with role-based access. You can invite people to collaborate on managing feedback, moderating posts, and communicating with users.
Inviting members
Section titled “Inviting members”There are two ways to invite someone to your workspace:
Email invitation
Section titled “Email invitation”- Navigate to Members in your workspace settings.
- Click Invite Member.
- Enter the person’s email address and select a role (Member or Moderator).
- Click Send Invitation.
The invitee receives an email with a link to join your workspace. If they do not already have a Trackelio account, they will be prompted to create one.
Shareable invite link
Section titled “Shareable invite link”You can also generate a shareable invite link that anyone can use to join your workspace:
- Navigate to Members in your workspace settings.
- Copy the Invite Link.
- Share the link with anyone you want to invite.
Anyone who opens the link and signs in (or creates an account) will be added to your workspace.
Invitation statuses
Section titled “Invitation statuses”Each email invitation has one of the following statuses:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Pending | The invitation has been sent but the recipient has not yet accepted. |
| Accepted | The recipient has accepted the invitation and joined the workspace. |
| Expired | The invitation was not accepted within the allowed time window. |
| Revoked | The invitation was manually cancelled before it was accepted. |
You can view and manage all pending invitations from the Members page.
When inviting a member, you assign one of two roles:
- Member — Can view and interact with workspace content. Suitable for team members who need access but do not require administrative capabilities.
- Moderator — Has elevated permissions to manage posts, moderate comments, and perform administrative actions within the workspace.
Changing roles
Section titled “Changing roles”After a member has joined, you can change their role at any time:
- Promote a Member to Moderator to grant additional permissions.
- Demote a Moderator to Member to reduce their access level.
Role changes take effect immediately.
Managing members
Section titled “Managing members”From the Members page, you can:
- View all active members and their assigned roles
- View all pending invitations and their statuses
- Change a member’s role

Leaving a workspace
Section titled “Leaving a workspace”Any member can choose to leave a workspace on their own. Once they leave, they lose access to the workspace and its content.
Workspace owner
Section titled “Workspace owner”Every workspace has a single owner. The owner role is assigned at workspace creation and cannot be transferred to another member. The owner has full control over the workspace, including billing, settings, and member management.
